William Phillips is a brilliant painter originally from California. As a boy he would watch the California Air National Guard planes take off and land at the airport, then rush home to sketch them. After some of his paintings were sold, Phillips retired as a firefighter and followed his heart to become a fulltime artist. He now lives in Oregon with his wife. Each 500 piece jigsaw puzzle measures 24" x 30". Available in two piece count.
